Individuals and businesses alike can participate in this annual tradition with a wide variety of options for contributing to the festivities.  Popular options include:

Festival Sponsor (monetary contributions):

Levels of Sponsorship for monetary festival sponsorship of the Holiday Festival include Premier: $1,000; Platinum: $500; Gold: $200; Silver: $100; Bronze: $50; Friend: $25.

Your donations will be used to maintain, service and fund tree lighting on the Billerica Town Common and vicinity during the holiday season and is tax deductible.  Checks can be made payable to: Billerica Holiday Festival Committee, P.O. Box 929, Billerica, MA 01821, and submitted with the Donation Form or via the above on-line option.

Decorate a Tree:

Is your group, organization or company interested in donating a decorated tree?   The trees may be set-up and decorated during normal Library hours beginning November 15, 2008 and must be ready for the Holiday Reception on Friday, November 21, 2008.

Banner Sponsorship:

Festival Holiday Banners will be displayed around the Common area and down to the Town Hall.  Sponsorship is $150 per Banner and include the name of the sponsor and are available on a first-come, first serve basis.

Sponsor a School Tree:

You may sponsor a tree by donating a six foot lighted Christmas tree to the various schools of Billerica that will then be decorated by the children. The cost is $100 per tree. 

Donate Holiday Decorations:

Trees, Gift Baskets, Wreaths, Holiday Plants, etc. are welcome.

Community Tree Donations:

Your Donation will help to sponsor this year’s Community Tree on the Town Common.

You may participate for just a $5 donation.  Your name will appear on the Web Site as a Community Tree supporter.
